VIJAY OR MOHANLAL WHOSE NAME COMES FIRST IN JILLA ?
There has been a buzz for sometime now that there was slightly some confusion brewing in Jilla camp, The confusion was regarding whose name should appear first on the title card of the film - Vijay or Mohanlal.
A reliable source revealed that "The crew of Jilla had been thinking about the placement of names of Vijay and Mohanlal on the title card. First, Mohanlal called up the director and asked him to take Vijay's name first as Vijay is a bigger star in Tamil Nadu. However, Vijay requested the director to carry Mohanlal's name first, reasoning that with 35 years of experience in the film industry, the veteran's name should natural
ACTRESS PREETHI DAS SAYS SHE WAS SCARED TO ACT WITH THIS HERO
Upcoming actress Preethi Das in a recent interview to the Times of India revealed she was actually very scared to pair up with Daniel Balaji for Marumugam movie. The actress said "We did a workshop before beginning the shoot, and I didn't get an opportunity to meet Daniel then. I've seen him in Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu, and his character in the film was very disturbing. So, when I shot a sequence which features just the two of us, I was totally scared. I had no dialogues, and only had to react to Daniel's lines. I guess the scene came out well because I was genuinely afraid!"
